The hotel had an unbeatable and magnificent location, so close to public transport, restaurants, shops, and major malls in the city. A cool bonus was the nearby Senguloglu that offered tea and coffee. - I had a beautifully designed family room with a jacuzzi and a bar.

Spent New Year’s Eve at a hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. Breakfast was a delight and very tasty. The convenience of the water boiler and iron made the stay much easier. , enjoyed the children's playground at breakfast.

The proximity to noisy traffic was a nuisance, and it made sleeping difficult. The lack of a pool and gym made it dull on-site, and surrounding places were unkempt.

The hotel quickly transferred my belongings to my original room and resolved any issues promptly. Although there were some noise disturbances in the hallway, the overall experience was pleasant.
